You retain ownership of the files you upload. However, you grant Atlas AI a worldwide, non-exclusive license to process, host, and analyze your content solely to provide our services. You represent that you have the right to upload this content and that it does not infringe on third-party copyrights (e.g., textbooks or lecture slides).

Your use of Atlas AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We use third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google) to process content. By using Atlas, you consent to this processing in accordance with our data safety protocols.
