We use your data strictly to power Atlas AI features: summarizing notes, generating flashcards, and maintaining your chat history. We do NOT sell your personal information or your study materials to third-party advertisers.
3. AI Processing & Third Parties
To generate responses, your content is processed via enterprise-grade AI models from providers like Anthropic, OpenAI, or Google. These providers do not use your data to train their public models when using our enterprise API layer.
4. Security & Encryption
We use TLS/SSL encryption for data in transit and industry-standard encryption for data at rest. While no system is 100% secure, we implement rigorous security protocols to protect your academic work.
5. Your Data, Your Control
You have the right to delete your content or your entire account at any time. When you trigger a deletion, we purge your data from our active databases immediately.
6. Compliance Information
6.1 Cookies: We use essential cookies to maintain your login session. We do not use intrusive tracking cookies.
6.2 International Transfers: Our servers are primarily located in the United States/Canada. By using Atlas AI, you consent to this data transfer.
6.3 Children's Privacy: We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we discover such data, it is immediately deleted.
